The annually held event is held at the Wondai Showgrounds and teaches anyone at any age or experience the in and outs of Cattle showing, cattle work and cattle care, to ensure that they are the best cattlemen and cattlewomen for the future.

The cattle school is a fully catered course weekend for anyone to learn in the area of cattle work. The Weekend consist of many competitions, lectures, presentations, games, and HANDS ON FUN whilst learning from the PROS of the industry.
Some of the activities include branding, AI, ear tagging, nutrition of animals, preparation of show animals, selection of livestock, castration, dehorning, and most of all SHOWING and Judging of Cattle at industry and show standards.
